1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website rozibanotechlabs.online, the mobile applications published by Rozi Bano Tech Labs on Google Play (the “Apps”), and any services we provide (together, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Rozi Bano Tech Labs, a proprietorship owned by Rozi Bano, registered under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-33-0783635, with its office at Flat No. 601, Maitry Building, Old Agra Road, Kamatghar, Bhiwandi, Block Kalher, District Thane, Maharashtra – 421302, India.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Apps. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

If an App requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and inform us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time as described on our Account & Data Deletion page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Apps, except as permitted by law;
• upload or share content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, infringing or that violates any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the security or performance of the Services;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Services; or
• misuse, click fraudulently on, or manipulate advertisements shown in the Apps.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions. All such payments are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and payment policies.

• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the Google Play Store at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Google Play’s refund policy.

7. Website & App Development Projects

For client projects (website design, development, app development and related services), the scope, price, timeline and payment terms will be agreed in a written quotation, invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• work begins after receipt of the agreed advance payment;
• the client is responsible for providing content, images and approvals on time; delays in these may extend timelines;
• ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, excluding third-party components and our reusable tools or code libraries; and
• we may show non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services — including the name “Rozi Bano Tech Labs”, logos, app designs, graphics, text and software — is owned by or licensed to Rozi Bano Tech Labs and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. User Content

If you submit content such as feedback, messages or files, you retain ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it only as needed to operate and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights to share that content.

10. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

The Services may contain third-party advertisements, links or integrations (such as Google AdMob and Firebase). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Any information in the Apps is for general purposes only and is not professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozi Bano Tech Labs and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower (for free Apps, ₹0 beyond what law requires).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rozi Bano Tech Labs from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App and, if applicable, deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
