1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made in apps published by Rozi Bano Tech Labs on Google Play and to paid website/app development services provided by us. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refunds for these are governed by Google Play’s refund policy.
- Within 48 hours of purchase: you can request a refund directly from Google Play via play.google.com > Order history > Request a refund.
- After 48 hours: contact us at [email protected] with your Google Play order ID (starting with “GPA.”). We review each request and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Google Play.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are generally not refunded unless required by law.
Uninstalling an App does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel it from the Google Play Store.
3. Website & App Development Services
- Advance payment: the advance paid to start a project is refundable in full only if cancelled before any work has started.
- Cancellation during a project: if cancelled after work has begun, charges for work already completed are deducted and any remaining balance is refunded.
- Completed work: once a milestone or the final deliverable has been approved or delivered, payments for it are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs: domain names, hosting, paid plugins, Google Play developer fees and similar third-party charges are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request” and include your name, the App or project name, order ID / invoice number, date of purchase and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and share a decision within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days (Google Play refunds follow Google’s timelines).
