Account & Data Deletion

This page applies to all Android apps published on Google Play by the developer Rozi Bano Tech Labs. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, even if you have already uninstalled the app.

1. Delete your account inside the app

If the app has a sign-in feature:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed immediately from the app.

If the app does not have an account system, your data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data from Settings > Apps > [App name] > Storage > Clear data removes it.

2. Request deletion by email or form

If you cannot access the app, send a request to [email protected] from the email linked to your account, or use the form below. Please include the app name and the email / phone number used in the app.

We will confirm your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. Data that will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, profile photo)
• Content you created or uploaded in the app
• App preferences and settings linked to your account
• Support conversations linked to your account

4. Data that may be retained

• Purchase and transaction records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes — kept for up to 8 years as required by Indian law.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash data that cannot identify you — kept for up to 14 months by the analytics provider.
• Information needed to prevent fraud or resolve an ongoing legal dispute, only for as long as necessary.
